Malfunctions in cooling installations or air conditioners are always unwelcome. In some cases this can lead to damage to the stored products or a loss in sales. You value an efficient and flawless functional cooling installation or air conditioning, and in the case of malfunction you require help in a proper fashion. To achieve this, HE techniek offers you several maintenance subscriptions. This ranges from a preventive control subscription to an all-in or customised contract.
All subscriptions are aimed towards keeping your cooling installation in perfect condition, and comply with the demands the law states regarding periodical inspections of cooling installations or air conditioners. Installations that are inspected periodically, cleaned and balanced also have a noticeably lower energy consumption. Our starting point is to minimize the chance for malfunctions to your installation, and keep it that way. In the case a malfunction will occur, you can count on a quick repair service.
Which installations are applicable?
Installations that were not delivered or remediated by HE techniek, have to be checked beforehand. This “admission inspection” is meant to register possible defects, possible malfunctions or design flaws. Observed deviations will have to be repaired according to our remediation concept. The goal is to bring the installation to a minimum level, where operation without issues can be reasonably assured. For all-in contracts we set additional demands like the year of construction, the design and the implementation of the installation. Additionally we can advise you concerning energy saving measures, or the use of residual heat from your cooling installation.
What advantages does a maintenance subscription offer?
The installations are inspected at least once a year, if required cleaned and / or disinfected. Moving parts will be lubricated and the installation will be checked in regards to:
- (possible) leakages of refrigerant
- insulation values, power consumption, operational pressures and temperatures
- inspecting and if required fine-tuning measurement, control and security equipment
- condition of components and the expected life span
With a maintenance subscription you comply with the legal demands set by the environmental authorities regarding cooling installations. Every visit will be documented in the installation’s logbook.
Installations which are regularly cleaned and adjusted also have a noticeably lower energy consumption, and that advantage is completely for the user.
Depending on the chosen form of subscription, your subscription also acts as a kind of insurance. If a malfunction would occur we will provide repairs as soon as possible, and under certain condition without travel, working hours or transportation expenses. You can also receive a discount on all used materials or parts. With all-in subscriptions all intermediate repair costs are included without exemption, what allows you to specify a fixed amount on your budget. You can compare this with an operational lease.
The periodical inspection interval depends on the type and charge of refrigerant, and should be executed by an F-gas certified company. This is decided by law, and you can read this on the government website, www.wetten.overheid.nl, and search for wms 2006.
