The most basic subscription is named ABO 1
The preventive subscription ABO 1 is not a standing agreement. The installation will be periodically inspected based on subsequent calculation of labour and materials. Possible intervening malfunctions will also be fulfilled based on subsequent calculation.
You choose ABO 1 if you only want to check your installations according to the (minimal) periodical interval, and take full responsibility for the chance of intervening malfunctions.

Additional service included in ABO 2
Starting at ABO 2 you pay the subscription fee starting at the new year. This comes with certain benefits. The inspection and periodical maintenance will be conducted during the subscription year. During intervening malfunctions no transportation fee is charged, and you receive a 10% discount on travel and labour hours, used materials or parts. All activities will be conducted during regular work days in between 08:00 and 18:00.

More security, and evening or weekend service with ABO 3
ABO 3 entails the same periodical inspections as ABO 2, but ABO 3 grants a higher priority during malfunction processing. This urgency is important with product cooling or cooling of computer areas. We strive to fix your problem within 24 hours after the malfunction report. You can count on a service after 18:00, and on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. During intervening malfunctions no transportation and travel expenses will be charged, and for every malfunction visit the first labour hour is included. You also enjoy a discount of 10% on used materials and parts, just like ABO 2.

Custom contract within ABO 4
The subscriptions ABO 2 and ABO 3 are calculated according to a number of standard factors, among others the travel distance, the dimensions of the installation (contents of refrigerant), and the number of coolers in a multiplex installation (more cooling units on one cooling centre)
If your installation does not correspond with the specified categories, or if your installation requires inspections several times a year, we can provide you a customised quotation.

We also offer the option for an all-in contract. This is also a custom contract, where you pay a fixed price every year for maintenance and repairs of your cooling installation or air conditioning, including all labour hours, materials and parts. The yearly amount will be calculated according to the construction year of the cooling installation, the type and charge of refrigerant, the design, the dimensions and the implementation of the installation.
